Spa Events

 

As a holistic spa, we offer various activities & classes to assist you in maintaining your personal health.  Living in this amazing desert allows us to experience cleaner air and an abundance of sunshine. It also creates its own set of issues and most of our systemic environmental issues are also here in the desert. We can counteract many of them by being aware and making a few easy changes to our diet and way of life.  With this in mind we offer classes and activities for your enjoyment and health. We are also always open and ready to talk about any issues or questions you may have.

Oct 11,18,25 Ayur Yoga led by Donna Hoyler and Linda Bottero. 7-8 PM . Free Introductory Session Meditative yoga for balancing your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.  Call for location and direcctions.

 

Oct. 27  Reiki Circle from 2-4 PM at Naturalives Day Spa. Join us and the local reiki practitioners for a wonderful reiki session. Cost is $10 for military, senior citizens, $15 for adults and children under 12 are free.
