This basic herbal consultation offers you advice & recommendations for minor health problems such as insomnia, digestive issues, colds, flu, stress, anxiety, skin problems, grief, pms, detox assistance, and more. While remedies are not included, recipes, recommendations, and help finding the herbs are included. Individual formulas and blends can be prepared upon request.
